1. Preparing of Proclamation of Sale in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese and Tamil.
2. Posting of the Proclamation of Sale at the relevant premises/properties required under the law such as on the Notice Boards of the High Courts and Land Offices as well as the identified vicinity against the particular auction property.
3. Distribution of the Proclamation of Sale in the vicinity of the auction property.
4. Placing advertisements in at least one issue of the newspapers or more upon client's request.
5. Conducting an official Title search at the relevant Land Offices to ascertain the status of the Land Title, outstanding quitrent and assessment relating to the auction property. This includes liasing with the Developers, and relevant authorities prior to the auction sale in order to obtain their consent.
6. Providing photographs of the auction property, preparing the Affidavit of Service as well as perparing the site inspection report of the auction property upon client's request.
7. Assisting the Solicitors or the Financial Institutions on extractions of proceeds/monies after auction from the Court/Treasury or related departments.
