Mr. Dass Kaliappan Pillai, the principal auctioneer,
served a leading Bank for 26 years as an officer in various
operational areas. Dass has very a wide experience in Banking
operations and is well versed with recovery areas, especially
the B & D arena.K P Dass took an optional retirement package
(VSS- Scheme) in 1999 and proceeded further his experience with
a law firm to understand the legal implications on the Recovery
Loans and Auction procedures. Worked with his brothers Auction
House for good number of years to enhance his practical
know how’s in Public Auctions before applying for his own
licences from the Authorities, Wilayah Persekutuan, Selangor and
the State of Negeri Sembilan.His company M/S Cahaya Auctioneers
Sdn Bhd established since 2005 has grown effectively to
cater for the demands in the Auction Field.
Elavarasan K
Ganapathy, has worked at T/A securities as a
collection officer for 8 years before diverting his keen
interest into property Auctions. Worked in the legal firm
and later on to work in the Public Auction house to enhance
his knowledge on Auctions and procedures.Elavarasan attends
to the Marketing and Auctions conducted at the Land Offices
and also the Courts. Elavarasan holds the Wilayah
Persekutuan, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan licences for
Auction from the relevant Authorities.
Pn S B Noraini
,served the Bank for 18 years in the various Banking
operational areas and been in the loan processing centre ,
mainly processing repayments, Insurance and documentations.
Has taken time off to study the Property Auction procedures
and currently holds Auctioneers licences for W.
Persekutuan and Selangor.
